Return & Exchange Policy

At Minnie & The Higgs, we take pride in creating timeless pieces that blend culture, creativity, and style. Because of the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds—but we gladly accept exchanges and store credit for eligible items.

Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept exchanges and store credit requests within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the following criteria:

   •Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached).

   •Returned within 7 days of delivery.

   •The same item is available in the requested size or color for an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

   •Final sale items

   •Gift cards

   •Custom or personalized pieces

 

2. How to Initiate an Exchange or Store Credit

1. Email us at info@minnieandthehiggs.com with:

   •Your order number

   • The item(s) you want to exchange or return for store credit

   •Reason for the request (e.g., size issue)

2. Ship your item back once approved. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Once received and inspected, we will:

    •Ship out your exchange if stock is available.

    • Issue a store credit if your requested item is unavailable.

 

3. Store Credit Policy

   •Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card for future purchases. 

  •Credit does not expire and can be used on any product in our store.

   •Store credit cannot be converted to a refund.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@minnieandthehiggs.com with:

   •Your order number
   •A photo of the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue store credit if the item is unavailable.
